Ahoy there, Wendy. Thanks for taking the time to sail by planDisney with your question for us. Your cruise is rapidly approaching and I bet you’re excitedly counting down to Embarkation Day! I see you’re interested in linking multiple staterooms together on your upcoming Disney cruise. In my opinion, “the more, the merrier” when sailing with Captain Mickey!
Connecting your reservations can easily be done on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or the
Disney Cruise Line website. You’ll just need the reservation number, last name and birth date of one of the Guests in the stateroom you’re wishing to link. Once linked, the main dining room staff will be made aware you’re all traveling together so that you’ll be assigned to the same dinner table.
Let’s start with linking reservations on the
Disney Cruise Line website first. Hover your cursor over "Already Booked" in the top right-hand corner and select "My Reservations." Once logged into your account, you’ll find your cruise information. Click the down arrow in the box with your reservation number. Click "+ Add and Link Reservations." Follow the prompts to connect the reservations.
On the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, when you log into your account, you’ll see your reservation with the option to "+ Add a Reservation". Follow prompts to link your reservations together. If there are more reservations to link, you can simply repeat the steps.
You can link up to 4 reservations on your own. However, if you have 5 or more staterooms that you need to link together, you’ll need to
contact Disney Cruise Line and a representative will gladly assist you.
I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have more trip-planning questions for us, please don’t hesitate to sail by
planDisney again.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
