Looking to link my grandkids to my app for trip but they’re linked to other grandmas account. Can I do it and how? Also I’m trying to renew my sorcerer pass as a DVC member but it says its not available but on site it is for sale?

Welcome Home, Renata! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Vacation Club corner of planDisney - it's always the best day ever when I get to chat with a fellow DVC Member.  You've got a friend in me, and I'm here to help answer both parts of your question. Saddle up, partner, and let's get to it!

Our first order of business will be to link your grandchildren to your My Disney Experience account (what lucky kiddos to have TWO awesome grandmas that take them on Disney adventures!). I'm happy to report that you can link a Guest to more than one account via the Friends & Family List. Since you're using the My Disney Experience app, I'll walk you through those steps.

From the home screen of the app, select the three lines at the lower right (the "hamburger menu"), then select the "Profile" option under the "Account" heading. At the top of the next screen, you will see your Family & Friends List - click into this and scroll down to the option to "Add A Guest". You can search for the grandkids by name and age, or scan their linking code (if any of them are 13 or older, they are eligible to have their own My Disney Experience account).

If their plans are currently managed by Grandma #2, you can also add her as a friend and turn on the "share plans" option. The kids should then show up in your "Connected Guests" list and you can add them to your own Friends & Family List to make plans!  If you have any issues, you can also call or use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World Resort site for assistance.

Next up - let's get that magical Sorcerer Pass renewed, Renata! To complete this transaction, you'll need to call Member Services so they can verify your Membership status. This step in the process is why Members won't see a renewal option online.

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes! It's been a pleasure. Please don't hesitate to reach out to planDisney again anytime if we can help with any other questions to make your vacation practically perfect!

    Stay Magical...
