    Hello, I was looking to get my niece a new magic band for our upcoming trip in April. If I did that, could her current magic bands be transferred to her mom (my sister)?

    Welcome to planDisney, Rachel! I'm so happy to see that you have plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort next Spring! Thanks for sending us your question.

    MagicBands can be used by the same person any time a valid theme park ticket is linked to them, but bands that have been previously used cannot be reassigned to another person.

    Your niece will be able to use all of the bands linked to her profile during your next visit, so she will have options!

    You will be able to find plenty of MagicBand+ styles online for her that can be shipped to your home before your visit. You will also be able to find bands during your adventures at the theme parks and at gift shops at your Disney hotel.
