Hi Ana,
Welcome to planDisney! I am happy to hear that you will be visiting during my favorite time of year to visit, during
The Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. To dine at a restaurant in EPCOT, you will need theme park admission to EPCOT. I just checked and it looks like there is availability for theme park ticket purchases for EPCOT on that date, but this is a busy time of year and availability could change at any moment. So, purchase that ticket immediately. If you purchase a date-based ticket, you should not need to make a
theme park reservation, but double-check what is required for your theme park admission.
If purchasing a ticket is not an option, I suggest making an
advanced dining reservation at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. We just returned from a visit and enjoyed 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at Disney's Riviera Resort, and Ale & Compass at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. We had wonderful dining experiences at each of these dining locations.
I also suggest checking the
park hours to see the fireworks schedules for Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. If you dine at Ale & Compass or somewhere in
Disney's BoardWalk area before the
Luminous The Symphony of Us fireworks, you could walk to the bridge near the International Gateway entrance and watch the fireworks from there. Or, if you want to see Magic Kingdom fireworks, consider a dining reservation at California Grill or 'Ohana - make the reservation for a time just before the show so you could see the fireworks while dining.
Ana, I hope this helps! Sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will have a most magical experience. Continue the
practically perfect planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
