If you've already tried resetting your device and that didn't work, we can skip that step. It sounds like you've tried pushing the button with no success. To check if your
MagicBand+ is charging, open the
My Disney Experience app. On the main screen, scroll down to "MagicBands & Cards" and tap on your name. On the next screen, you will see your bands. Select the one you want to check. Here, you can ensure that your software is up-to-date and verify its charge level.
Since time is of the essence, if you can't see the problem from your app, I recommend calling the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ support number. These knowledgeable, tech-savvy, and wonderful individuals can assist you. Additionally, if you're currently in the park, stop by and see a member of the
Guest Experience Team. You can find these fabulous Cast Members at each park, typically stationed under a blue umbrella. I visited Hollywood Studios in March and encountered a minor issue with my MagicBand+, and they were incredibly helpful with advice.
