Hello there, Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney.
Star Wars Nite is truly a date long remembered, and the excitement that builds around May the 4th each year feels powerful enough to move the stars themselves. As a fellow fan of the Force, I completely understand keeping your comlink tuned for ticket release announcements.
Unfortunately, tickets for the May 4th Star Wars Nite have already sold out. However, there are still tickets available for select alternative event nights, including April 28th, April 30th, and May 6th. If your schedule allows a little flexibility, those evenings still offer the same incredible galactic celebration.
Tickets can be purchased directly through the Disneyland website by visiting the “
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite” event page. That page will always have the most up-to-date pricing information, as event prices may vary depending on the date selected. At this time, there is not a special ticket discount specifically for
Magic Key holders for Star Wars Nite events, though Magic Key holders may occasionally have access to pre-sale opportunities when announced.
If you’re able to attend, prepare yourself for a fully immersive evening where Batuu feels even more alive and the entire resort pulses with galactic energy. Highlights often include the March of the First Order in
Tomorrowland (led by Captain Phasma in all her chrome-plated glory), a costume cavalcade down
Main Street, U.S.A., and appearances by characters from across the saga. In past years, Guests have encountered Emperor Palpatine, Darth Maul, Queen Amidala, and even posed for holo-pics with C-3PO. And yes, Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes have been known to bring that iconic cantina tune to life (no reservations required at Chalmun’s!) One of my personal favorite offerings has been the Lightsaber Instructional, where Guests gather to learn elegant moves from a more civilized age.
You’ll also want to carve out time for
Fire of the Rising Moons in
Galaxy’s Edge. When fireworks are scheduled, this show transforms the skies above Batuu into a cinematic spectacle, beautifully choreographed to John Williams’ legendary score. Prime viewing spots include near the Millennium Falcon, by the TIE Echelon docking platform, or close to the speeder garage for a slightly different angle.
The Force is especially strong at Disneyland in the springtime, Jennifer. For the latest updates on future ticket releases, pricing, and potential Magic Key announcements, I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. And if you need help planning your own galactic adventure, we’re always here at planDisney to guide you on your journey.
May the Force be with you…always.
