Hi Haley!
Welcome to planDisney!
If you’ll be visiting the Magic Kingdom with a
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket only, you’ll be able to enter the park right at 4 PM. While the line usually moves quickly, it would likely be too tight of a timeframe to have a 4 PM dining reservation.
I’d
plan for a reservation around 4:30 PM if possible. That way, you can take your time getting into the park, getting your wristband, and walking through the welcome area to grab your trick-or-treat bag before heading to dinner.
I think your plan to have dinner before the official start time of the party is perfect! Even though the party lasts for 5 hours, there’s so much to see and do that I was glad we didn’t have to carve out time for dinner.
We did grab some of the exclusive party treats while we were waiting for the Boo-To-You Parade to start, though! The
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Foodie Guide for this year just came out, and wow! I don’t even know where to start, but something tells me I’ll be trying those pumpkin pie mini churros from
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn.
I hope you have the best time at the party! It really is such a great time! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan, let us know. We’re always happy to help!
