How do I get my missing run Disney photos

    Hey there, Sendal!

Congratulations on your recent completion of a runDisney race! You did it! I am sure that medal looks magical on you, and you'll definitely want the photos of that finish line moment. I am sorry to hear that your runDisney photos are missing. Now let's talk about how to grab those photos so you can share your big finish!

Photos for runDisney should be available 48 hours after race completion. If you do not see any pictures from the big day in your My Disney Experience app, you will want to start by linking the photos with the photo ID that came with your Check-In Pass email. When in the My Disney Experience app, tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to Photo Gallery and select the three dots on the right. Choose the Link Photos option and enter that PhotoPass ID number. It can take up to 24 hours for photos to appear.

Sendal, if you can see some photos from your race, but are missing one or two, there are some steps you can take to recover them! You'll want to head on over to the Help Center on the Walt Disney World website. Enter your contact info, and choose Disney PhotoPass from the Category menu. Select Missing Photos in the Subcategory, and select runDisney Race in the Where Photo Was Taken drop-down. Complete the form and follow the remaining prompts to get those missing photos sent to you.

I hope these tips help you secure those magical memories!
