Hi there, Grace. Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. As we wrap up 2025 in just a few short weeks, I’m delighted to see you’re already thinking ahead about summer vacation! Time sure flies and June 2026 will be here before we know it.
If you have taken advantage of sales on Disney Gift Cards recently or you’re a lucky recipient of these, I’m happy to report you’re most definitely able to use them towards a stay at one of the
Disneyland Resort hotels. Whether your heart desires a magical stay at Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel or Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, your Disney Gift Cards are accepted as a form of payment!
Once you’ve selected your hotel room and prompted for payment during the checkout process, you’ll be asked “How would you like to pay?” Click on “Use a Disney Gift Card” and enter the Account Number and EAN. When booking, you’ll need to pay the amount shown as deposit to reserve your room. You can choose to pay the remaining amount during check-in or a later date (as shown on the Checkout page). Please note, however, that you may only use one gift card per transaction.
If you have multiple Disney Gift Cards, you can actually combine all the funds, up to $1000, into one card. Simply head over to
Disney Gift Card website to manage and transfer your funds to a single gift card. Once you’ve completed this stop, you can then pay for your hotel stay with one transaction. If you have a balance on your reservation, you can also use your gift card to pay in person when checking in at the hotel.
As you continue to plan your summer getaway at the Happiest Place on Earth, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again if you have more questions for us.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
