I need help getting the Disability Access Pass.

Hiya, Stephanie! Thanks for stopping by with your question. I'm so glad you are here. Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is tomorrow, so let's begin!

Since your visit is tomorrow, it will probably be easiest for you to visit the Accessibility Services Kiosk and speak with a Cast Member about getting Disability Access Service (DAS). During this meeting, the Cast Member will determine your eligibility and provide relevant resources for your visit. The Accessibility Services Kiosk is located on the east side of the Esplanade by Disney California Adventure Park and is available one hour before the theme parks open until two hours before the theme parks close.

If you had more time before your visit, you could have spoken with a Cast Member virtually using live video chat on the Disneyland Website as soon as 60 days in advance of your visit. This service is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT. Additionally, the Disneyland Resort website's Guest with Disabilities page is a great resource on what is available to help all guests have their best day possible.

Stephanie, I hope you have a most magical visit. Please visit us again if you have any other questions!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
