Hi, Marlee! Welcome to planDisney.
Thanks so much for stopping by with your great question. Early morning dining reservations are such a brilliant way to begin your Disney day. You’ll love experiencing
Magic Kingdom Park before most Guests even arrive. It feels like a secret peek behind the curtain before the park officially opens!
Since you won’t be staying at a
Disney Resort hotel, you’ll need to plan your own transportation to Magic Kingdom Park that morning. Assuming you’ll be driving a car, you’ll head to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and
park your car there. From there, you’ll be able to take either the
monorail or ferryboat to Magic Kingdom Park. Whilst Disney transportation is advertised as starting about 30-45 minutes before park opening, it usually begins earlier to accommodate Guests with early breakfast reservations. I recommend arriving to the TTC by about 7:15 AM to give yourself plenty of wiggle room. When you arrive at the parking lot, just mention to the Cast Member that you have a dining reservation. You may be asked to show proof of your reservations to enter the parking lot early.
Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom Park entrance, let the Cast Member know you have an early dining reservation. They’ll direct you to a special entrance line so you can head in before the regular "rope drop" crowd.
I hope that's helpful, Marlee. Have a wonderful time!
Mike
