Disney Magic. I’ve cruised on her the past two summers, and I just love her classic charm and smaller footprint.
When it comes to modifying Port Adventures, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app unfortunately doesn’t allow you to make changes; you’ll only see the option to “Cancel Activity.” When I checked with a Disney Cruise Line representative through the Chat feature on the Help page, they explained that the system doesn’t currently allow you to modify one Guest for another. The official process would be to cancel the booking and rebook it with the new Guest’s name, but that can be risky if the experience is sold out.
That said, it’s definitely worth reaching out directly to Disney Cruise Line (
either through the Chat feature or by phone) and asking to speak with someone who specializes in Port Adventures. Sometimes, they can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, especially if it’s a simple name swap within your travel party.
If you can’t make the change before you sail, you can also visit the
Port Adventures Desk once you’re onboard (I’d recommend doing this as soon as you board). The crew there is wonderful and may be able to adjust your reservation without canceling it.
And since you’ll be on the Magic, I can’t help but recommend getting in a ride on the
AquaDunk. It’s so much fun! While you get your Port Adventure details sorted out, maybe send your crew to Goofy’s Family Pool with a small carry-on of swim gear so they can enjoy some pool time right away.
