Hello there, Joan,
Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by with a ticket question about your upcoming visit - it’s almost time!If you’re hoping to visit both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT on the same day, you’ll need to have a Park Hopper Option added to your ticket. A standard 1-day ticket allows entry to one theme park per day, so without the Park Hopper, you’ll only be able to visit Magic Kingdom that day.
With a Park Hopper ticket, you can start your day at Magic Kingdom and then “hop” to EPCOT (or any of the other theme parks) at any time as long as there’s capacity. Park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets, so once you’ve added the Park Hopper Option, you can simply head over to EPCOT via the Monorail when you’re ready to continue the fun.You can visit any Guest Services to upgrade your ticket to a Park Hopper if you'd like to see more than one Park in a day. I wish you a most magical visit to Disney World. The holiday decorations are sure to put a big smile on your face! If you have any other questions, please revisit planDisney. Enjoy making magical memories,Candace
