would like to get option for these small villas. my first time going

    Hiya, Philip!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney. How exciting that you are planning a stay at a Disney Vacation Club Villa.  As a Member for the last 22 years, our family has loved the home-like amenities the Villas offer, including full-sized kitchens with gadgets and gizmos aplenty, space for family time after a fun Disney day, and my personal favorite - the in-room washer and dryer.  It sure makes Disney vacations that much easier and magical.

There are one, two, and three-bedroom Villas available at Disney Vacation Club Resorts, which are all Deluxe Resorts.  There are also Deluxe Studios, which have a kitchenette and access to laundry rooms, but these do not have in-room washers and dryers. They are more like a traditional hotel room, but with the added benefit of a kitchenette.

Philip, if you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, you can log in to your account on the Disney Vacation Club website. Go to the tab that says "My DVC" and then go to "My Dashboard." From there, you can search for your vacation dates and see the options for Villas and the Vacation Points costs on this list.

If you are not a Disney Vacation Club Member, you can peruse the list of Deluxe Resorts on the Walt Disney World website to find the Disney Vacation Club Villas of your dreams. You can do a search for your vacation dates, and then when you click on the Resorts, you can see if any of the Villas are available.

Because these Villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club Resort collection, sometimes, availability for non-Disney Vacation Club bookings is closer to the six-month or less time frame, as DVC Members can book beginning seven months prior to their check-in date. Often, availability opens for cash booking once DVC Members have had a chance to book, but this is not always the case. That said, you can keep checking if you don't first see availability for the Villa of your dreams, as Guests' plans change regularly, and this often impacts availability daily.

I hope this helps you, Philip! If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, soar back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
