Hello, Paula, and welcome back to planDisney!
Hooray, You’re going to Walt Disney World! You must be getting so excited with your trip quickly approaching. You’ll even be visiting during my favorite festival,
Flower & Garden. I love this festival so much that I made sure to take my time exploring EPCOT last week. Tip: If you are traveling with younger kids, purchase the Scavenger Hunt maps. My daughter loved searching for Spike and the Easter eggs while I got to snack around the world. It was the perfect combination and another great way for us to bond. It was so much fun that we vowed we would always purchase and complete the scavenger hunts when they are available.
To ease your worries and make sure your plan is good to go, you’ll want to stop at
Guest Relations before scanning into the theme parks so that a Cast Member can prioritize your theme park tickets. The Cast Member will be able to make sure your park hopper ticket gets pulled first, saving your 3-day park ticket for the rest of the week. Once the prioritizing has been completed, you’ll be good to go and enjoy your visit. As a way of being extra sure, after scanning into the theme park, I like to look at my tickets on my
My Disney Experience account to make sure they were pulled in the order I wanted them to. Again, you can stop by Guest Relations inside the theme park if you are unsure and a Cast Member will be able to ease your worries.
Hakuna Matata, Paula, once that’s done, you are free to enjoy all of the magic. My best tip is to live in the moment and take all the photos you can. You might even consider purchasing
Memory Maker as it is the perfect way to preserve all the core memories you will be making. I just got back from a visit with my dad and little ones, and to this day, we cannot stop laughing at our attraction photos. It was my youngest's first time on a
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and that photo is the perfect representation of her experience. It’s going to be great to look back on for the years to come.
Paula, I hope this has helped answer your question. Have a magical visit, and if you have any other questions as you continue to plan, you know where to find us!
Magical Memories,
Shantel
