Hiya Deborah,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your theme park parking question! Oh boy, what a fantastic idea to spend the day resort hopping and shopping. That’s one of my favorite Disney pastimes, too—I always say, no two resort gift shops are alike! Each one has its own magical touch, and you never know what hidden treasures you might find (especially when it comes to those resort-exclusive souvenirs!).
Now, let’s zip-a-dee-doo-dah right into your question! According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, a parking fee will apply on days when your Annual Pass is blocked out. So, if you visit a park during one of those blockout dates, you’ll need to pay the standard parking fee upon arrival.
If you’d still like to do some Disney shopping without heading into the parks, I’ve got a few magical alternatives! First, you can set sail over to
Disney Springs, where many resort favorites and exclusive collections can be found at shops like
World of Disney,
Marketplace Co-Op, and
Basin. It’s the perfect way to shop ‘til you drop.
Or, for a more relaxing resort day, pick one of your favorite Disney Resorts and make an experience out of it! Grab a dining reservation on your
My Disney Experience App at one of their amazing restaurants and then explore the shops and festive décor. Complimentary self-parking is available for day select Guests who are enjoying dining, shopping, or recreation at the resorts.
One of my favorite spots? The
BoardWalk! You can stroll along the water, pop into the charming shops, and even stop by
The Cake Bake Shop for a sweet slice of magic. It’s the perfect blend of pixie dust and pastry!
Deborah, I hope this helps you plan the perfect shop-til-you-sparkle kind of Disney day! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to stop by and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
