Katie from VA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We want to plan a trip for 9 adults and 3 kids (ages 9,5, and 1) in 2027. We would like to find a 3 room villa but cant get it to work when we search online. We are thinking October or November 2027 but arent firm on dates.

    Hi Katie,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help you with suggestions for your stay, which sounds like an amazing opportunity to make family memories.

Walt Disney World Resort reservations for 2027 are not yet available. That's why you haven't had any luck in finding your options online. My planDisney pal Jonathan checked the history books recently, and, based on past experience, his best guess (and mine) is that bookings will open in the spring, likely in April.

Like Jonathan, I always advise keeping an eye on the Walt Disney World website and the Disney Parks Blog for updates.

Meanwhile, you and your family can be dreaming of which villa will be perfect for your visit. I've stayed in four of the 3-bedroom villas with friends who are like family: at BoardWalk Villas, Old Key West Resort, the Treehouses at Saratoga Springs Resort and at Animal Kingdom Villas -- Jambo House.

Each has its own distinct personality. The Treehouses, secluded and serene. Old Key West, laid-back island vibes. BoardWalk, close to the action and entertainment of Epcot and the BoardWalk promenade.

My favorite may have been the one at Jambo House. In addition to overlooking the animals in the savannah, the villa we were in was huge and even had a pool table to entertain the teens.

Whatever you choose, Katie, I'm sure you will have a wonderful time. Please let us know if we can help anywhere along the way.

    Enjoy!
