We are planning to stay at the grand Californian and need 2 rooms, the first to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and the second room for 2 adults king bed. How can we reserve the rooms so they are close together at the hotel.

    Hi there, Stanley!

It sounds like you are planning a great vacation escape to The Happiest Place on Earth. I think you'll have a wonderful stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

When you book multiple rooms at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, I recommend choosing rooms of the same category. For example, both rooms might be Standard View, or both of them could be Downtown Disney View. Then, call the Grand Californian hotel at the number listed on their web page. Explain to them what you will be needing so they can note it on your reservations. While there are no guarantees, the Cast Member at the front desk will do their best to accommodate your requests for rooms near each other.

With your hotel reservations in place, you are most of the way there toward an exciting adventure. Don't forget to purchase theme park tickets and book theme park reservations to enjoy all that the parks have to offer beyond the relaxing confines of the Grand Californian. The step to book park reservations is included when you purchase your tickets. You can see those plans on the "Future Plans" screen of the Disneyland mobile app.

I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort, Stanley!
