I am planning a trip for late Nov 28 thru Dec 7 2026. We will have roughly 30 people and need 10+ rooms where do i need to call to book packages for that many. We need 8days of tickets and the standard dining plan.

    Hey, Howdy Hey, Joanna!

Thanks for riding over to visit us at planDisney today. Welcome. I’m so excited to hear that you are in the early planning stages for a very large and very fun visit. My family also has a visit in November, and we’re trying to get the grandparents and my sister to join us. While I don’t need as many rooms as you do, I do know what it’s like to visit with a large group. It’s going to be so much fun!

To begin your booking process, I recommend calling the Walt Disney World Group Reservations line. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to check for availability and help complete your vacation package with Theme Park Tickets and the Dining Plan. Cast Members are incredible and truly the best ‘Handy Helpers’, as my little one would say.

After you’ve made that call, you can check off step one. Step two in my home is a family meeting to discuss what we want to do. Things like adding on Enchanting Extras or scheduling specific dining reservations at some of our favorite places. Keep in mind, you can schedule all of those fun extras 60 days before you arrive. I like to set an alarm or calendar reminder on my phone so that I can do that for our family visits.

Joanna, before you call, I recommend checking the different Disney Resorts that make up the Disney Resorts Collection. That way, you can come up with a list of resort options for your group to stay in. Of course, it will come down to availability, but it’s nice to go in with an idea of where you want to stay. When we visit as a large friend group, we all usually book independently at Pop Century. If your party is comfortable with sharing rooms, I recommend checking out the Deluxe Villa options where you can book 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites. Depending on the room size, these rooms can sleep anywhere between four and twelve adults.

I hope this helps finalize your reservations so that you can continue to plan with your group. Have a great visit, and if you need any more help in the months leading up, please don’t hesitate to ask!

    Happy Planning,

    Shantel
