Hiya Ronald,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your resort pool question. I was just in New York myself last week, so I can only imagine how ready you are to trade those snowy days for sunshine, palm trees, and a refreshing dip in a Disney pool. It sounds like the perfect swap to me.
So let’s dive right into your question. You will be happy to know that all of the pools at
Walt Disney World Resort are heated to 82 degrees year-round. That means no matter when you visit, the water is always just right for swimming. For us Floridians, that temperature is perfect for cooling off after a day of walking through the parks and chasing a little pixie dust.
Since you are staying at the
Beach Club Resort, you are in for a real treat.
Stormalong Bay is one of the most beloved pools on property, and it even has a sand bottom. It's like having a mini water park right outside your resort room, and it's such a fun way to spend a rest day or an afternoon after the parks. You are definitely in for some fun in the sun.
And while you are staying at the Beach Club, do not forget how close you are to EPCOT. A short walk will take you right into the park, where you can enjoy the
Flower and Garden Festival. There are so many fresh and delicious foods to try, along with beautiful flowers and character topiaries all around the park. One of my family’s favorite spots is the butterfly landing, where you can slow down, watch the butterflies flutter by, and soak in a little extra Disney magic.
Ronald, I hope this helps answer your questions and gets you even more excited for your upcoming trip. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
