Hi, Lezlie, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're planning a fantastic trip to Walt Disney World. Three-Bedroom Grand Villas are a dream, and I happen to have all of your options to share with you, so you've come to the right place.
While this type of accommodation can be booked by anyone directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company based on availability, they are all located within Disney Vacation Club (DVC) properties. For that reason, I find it helpful to check the
Points Chart for each resort to see what types of accommodations are available. There's also an online
Points Chart booklet for an overview of how to read the charts, and you can flip through the pages without having to click on each individual resort. If you're a DVC member, this is where you'll find the number of points needed for each room type based on when you want to visit. If you aren't a DVC member, once you've found the resort and room type you are interested in, you'll then book it just like you would any other
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.
As I flipped through the online booklet, I found that the following resorts have Three-Bedroom Grand Villas that sleep up to 12:
- Disney's Riviera Resort
- Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas
- Disney's BoardWalk Villas
- Disney's Old Key West Resort
- Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa - also has Three-Bedroom Treehouse Villas that sleep up to 9
- The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Since you mentioned you want to accommodate 6-7 people, I want to share that all of these resorts also have Two-Bedroom Villas that sleep up to 8 or 9, and the following resorts do as well:
- Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows - also has Two-Bedroom Bungalows and Two-Bedroom Penthouse Villas in the Island Tower
- Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge - also has Two-Bedroom Cabins
- Disney's Beach Club Villas
One more option to consider is The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. These cabins only sleep up to 6, though, so they might not work depending on if you have 6 or 7 people in your party.
Lezlie, I couldn't help but notice that you plan to visit during
Cool KIDS' SUMMER, which is happening from May 26 to September 8, 2026. I've linked some information for you so you don't miss any of the fun. You'll find unique experiences, special offers and one perk I'm especially excited about. Admission into one of the Disney water parks,
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, is included with your stay on the day you check in.
I hope you and your group have a grand time on your vacation and that you'll bring any other questions you have to us at planDisney.
Have a magical trip!
Melanie
