I’ve purchased my photos. Where do I get them? Are they mailed? I’m not really tech savvy, so I have no idea where to get them. Laura

Hi Laura! Welcome to planDisney! As an amateur photographer myself, I know how special it feels to capture those once-in-a-lifetime Disney moments. I’m so glad you stopped by with this question, and I’m happy to help you access your photos!

Your Disney PhotoPass memories are stored digitally, which means they’re not mailed but available to view and download online. You’ll just need to link your photos to your MyDisney account, either through the Disneyland app or on the Disneyland Resort website. If you were given a PhotoPass card by a photographer, simply enter the unique ID number from the card into your account. You can also link photos by showing a PhotoPass photographer your in-app PhotoPass code before your picture is taken. This ensures everything automatically connects to your account.

If you’d like to see your photos while you’re still in the parks, it’s easy to do right from the Disneyland app! On the app’s home screen, scroll to the “Disney PhotoPass” heading and tap the blue link that says “My Photos.” This will open all the photos linked to your account. From there, tap on any photo to view, save, or share it. (Just a quick tip: if you’re downloading a large batch of photos, it’s often easier to do from a desktop or laptop computer.)

Once your photos are linked, you’ll be able to relive your Disneyland magic anytime you wish! And since you mentioned loving photos, I can’t resist sharing a few favorite photo spots. Over at Disney California Adventure, Pixar Pier is absolutely stunning at sunset. Stand near the bridge to capture the Pixar Pal-A-Round framed by the golden sky. In Disneyland, I love the quiet path to the right of Sleeping Beauty Castle; it offers a charming, less-crowded angle that feels like a storybook come to life. And don’t forget “it’s a small world!” The whimsical clock show that appears every 15 minutes makes for a delightful photo or video moment.

I hope this helps you find and enjoy your Disneyland memories, Laura! If you have any other questions, we’d love to welcome you back to planDisney.

Have a picture-perfect day filled with magical memories!
    David
