Hi there, Margaret. Welcome to planDisney. I see you’re having some trouble making a park reservation. I think I can help. Let’s get into it!
First off, if you purchased your ticket on the
Disneyland Mobile App or
Disneyland.com, you probably already have a reservation! As you were purchasing your tickets, you were asked to select dates, as the price varies depending on which date you select. If you did, simply go to Disneyland.com, sign in to your account, hover over “My Disneyland,” and click “My Plans.” Your reservation should be there! If it is, and you want to make adjustments to the date, you can do so by clicking “Modify Reservation” and following the steps to customize your experience to your needs. Just to be clear, if you modify to a date with a higher cost, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
If you purchased your tickets in another manner, you will have to link your ticket before making a reservation. I’d try linking on the app and the website before giving up. To link to the app, click the (☰) on the first screen, then “My Tickets and Passes,” then the (+) in the upper right corner, and then “Link Tickets and Passes.” You should be able to enter the ticket number or use your camera to scan the barcode. Some people have reported that you may have a ticket number and a confirmation number listed close to one another when you purchase certain types of tickets. If this is the case, make sure you’re entering the ticket number, not the confirmation number. If you’re working from a computer, go to Disneyland.com, sign in, hover over “My Disneyland,” then click “Link Tickets.” Enter your ticket number, and you should be good to go! Hover over "My Disneyland," and then click "Ticket and Reservation Details." You should be able to follow the instructions to make a reservation from there.
I know it can be frustrating when the technology gives you trouble. If none of this works, I’d suggest reaching out to one of those friendly cast members by calling the
ticket line. They should be able to help you sort things out step by step.
Margaret, you’ve chosen a great time to come to the Disneyland Resort. Not only is Southern California beautiful in March, but you’re coming during the
Food and Wine Festival at
California Adventure. This tasty festival does not disappoint. Check out
Disney Parks Blog as we get closer to the big day to scope out the delightful dishes. They will post a foodie guide in the weeks leading up to the festival, which starts on March 6th.
You’re going to have a wonderful trip! Once your tickets are sorted out, I hope you have smooth planning. Don’t hesitate to bring more questions to us here at
planDisney! Have a magical day!
