You're going to love using
Disney Genie+ Service for your upcoming visit to the theme parks. It's sure to take your Disney days to the next level! Not being able to see your My Disney Experience mobile app, I can't be sure why you don't see your Disney Genie+ Service listed. I have a few guesses, though, so let's chat!
When you open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and you tap on "View My Day," you see the current date listed on your Disney Genie Service Tip Board and My Day tabs. Try tapping on the "Change Date" link under the My Day tab. Select a date that you have a Theme Park Reservation for and see if your Disney Genie+ Service appears once the date is changed. Restarting your device may help too!
If all else fails, tap on the "Chat With a Cast Member" link that's at the bottom of the My Day tab. There you'll have the opportunity to start a live chat with a friendly Cast Member who may be better able to assist you!
Your visit is the perfect time to celebrate the
holiday season. If you have plans to visit EPCOT, be sure to catch a performance of
Candlelight Processional. It's my favorite holiday offering in all of Walt Disney World Resort!
