    Where can I get my refillable cup at Saratoga Springs

    Hi there, Kevin,

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy you’ve stopped by with a question about Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. My family loves staying here - the racetrack theming is a lot of fun, you’ll spot the connection in details from the Carriage House’s portraits of beloved Disney horses to the stately statue of Secretariat near the High Rock Pool. My kids get a kick out of hearing “Call to Post” on the hour playing through speakers. 

    Guests can purchase a refillable mug at Artist’s Palette (it’s connected to the Carriage House). You can buy the mug at the register or through Mobile Order via the My Disney Experience app. Once purchased, a Cast Member will activate the mug, allowing you to enjoy unlimited refills of fountain drinks, coffee, and tea at any participating Disney Resort hotel for up to 14 days. 

    Refill stations at Saratoga Springs are found at the following locations: 

    • The Artist’s Palette
    • On the Rocks Pool Bar (High Rock Spring Pool)
    • Backstretch Pool Bar (The Grandstand Pool)
    • The Paddock Grill (The Paddock Pool)
