You are truly a rockstar for wanting to share the fun of runDisney with such a big crew. Your friend group is super lucky to have you
running magical miles by their side. The clock is ticking and I want to give you an answer as quickly as possible, so let's jump right into it.
The short answer is that yes, you should be able to register as many participants as you'd like for runDisney events. While the most registered at a time that I've ever heard of personally is 8, there doesn't seem to be a known limit. With that being said, even though you can register multiple people, the question becomes do you want to be responsible for successfully registering that many people?
I would recommend that you recruit one or more of your friends to hop into the runDisney registration queue using their own browser(s) as well. Not only does this take some of the stress of hoping to enter the site off of you, but if more than one of you get into the site, then you can take care of half of the participants and the helper can do the other half.
Why go through all of this strategic planning? Well, Shawn, registrations for runDisney go pretty quickly. The last thing that I'd want to happen to you is that you're on your 12th "I want to add another registration" page and the race(s) that you're signing up for fill up. In that case, none of the other 11 would have submitted registrations. My advice is to first, divide and conquer with a friend (as mentioned above), have everyone's personal information (date of birth, address, phone number, etc.) at the ready in a notes app that you can copy and paste from, and prioritize your registrations. For example, if you are 100% set on running a Challenge solo, go all the way through registration first and then enter the registration section again to register everyone else for the race you're doing together. There will be no more queueing up for your turn!
