Welcome to planDisney! I have always wanted to book a poolside cabana at the Contemporary Resort. My kids love having pool days during our vacations, and having our own area with seating, a speaker for music, and a mini fridge stocked with drinks is all the convincing I need to book one for our next stay!
I know the
poolside cabanas are restricted to Guests of the Resorts, so I reached out to a Cast Member at the
“Tours and Recreation” phone number to make sure this can be booked on your checkout date. The Cast Member confirmed that you can reserve a cabana for your checkout date, but they mentioned that these cabanas are full-day rentals. At this time, the pool hours at the Contemporary are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so if you’re heading home on your checkout date, you’ll want to take that into account. Pool hours are subject to change.
To book a cabana rental, call the
“Tours and Recreation” phone number to speak with a Cast Member. You may need to have your Resort reservation available during your call. As you mentioned, the rental may be canceled by the Resort due to inclement weather, but if you decide to cancel your rental, you must provide 24 24-hour notice or forfeit the full price of the cabana rental.
