How do I request a crib for my room? I am staying in Caribbean beach resort.

    Hi Britt!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney! Let’s get straight to the answer since you’ll be heading to Disney so soon. What a way to start off 2026!

While you can request a crib for your resort room in advance, I personally prefer to wait until we get to our room. Once we arrive, I either call Mousekeeping or use the Hey Disney! device to request a crib.

If you’d rather call in advance, you can do so by opening your My Disney Experience app, clicking the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then clicking Hotel Reservations. On that page, right under where your room number will eventually show up, you’ll see different buttons. Swipe until you can click Call Resort Hotel.

As a heads up, even when I’ve requested a crib in advance, it’s not always in the room when we get there, so I often have to request one from the room as well. But it doesn't hurt to put in a request ahead of time!

Cribs are subject to availability, and while you may be able to get a crib, you might get a playard instead. No matter which type of crib you get, sheets will be provided to fit.

I hope you and your family have the most magical trip! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us. We’re always happy to help. We’ll see you real soon!
