All-Star Sports Resort and we both loved it! This is a very fun choice, and I'm sorry to hear you may need to cancel. Hopefully this is just a temporary delay on your magical vacation!
It sounds like you have a hotel only reservation booked? Disney's current
cancellation policy for a hotel only reservation is you must cancel 8 or more days prior to your check-in date in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 8 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the deposit for one night's stay plus tax. Or instead of cancelling, you also have the option to modify your reservation to a later date.
You may be able to make this change yourself by logging on to
My Disney Experience - My Plans and looking for your resort details. If you do not see a button to cancel your reservation here, you can call
Disney Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to help.
