Hi there, K.C.!
Let me welcome you here to
planDisney! It is our pleasure to assist Guests like you with answers to their Disney vacation questions. I’m so glad you decided to stop by with your question about the requirement for purchasing
Florida Resident Disney Theme Park Tickets.
It sounds like you have a magical trip in the works for your family! How wonderful it is to enjoy
The Most Magical Place on Earth with the people you love. I have brought my mom along with my family to Walt Disney World several times and it makes the vacation so much sweeter.
To purchase or use a Florida Resident ticket, you must be a Florida Resident. All Guests age 18 and older are required to show Proof of Florida Residency at a Florida address. Proof of Florida Residency is required either at the time of purchase or before you use your theme park tickets for the first time at a theme park ticket window. You can read more about
the requirements for Proof of Residence here.
I hope you have an unforgettable visit to
Walt Disney World with your family, K.C.! If you have additional questions or we can assist you further, please return here to planDisney. We love helping our Pals experience the most magical Disney vacation possible.
See Ya Real Soon!
Angie
