Hello! I am running in the 2 course challenge at the Wine & Dine race weekend next month. When does runDisney send out the waivers for this race? Thanks for all your help!

    Hiya Andrea,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your runDisney race question! First of all—congratulations on taking on the challenge!  That’s such a fantastic accomplishment, and I’ll actually be right there with you on the course for the half-marathon. I cannot wait! There’s truly nothing like a runDisney weekend—the costumes, the characters along the course, the pixie-dusted atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible support from fellow runners and walkers. You’re about to experience a race like no other!

So, let’s run right into your question. To sign your digital participant waiver ahead of time (and save yourself some Expo stress), log in to your runDisney account. From there:

    • Select “View & Sign Your Documents” in the Important Reminders section, or click into your specific race weekend under “My Registrations.”
    •  Once you open “View Your Registration,” you’ll see “Your Documents.” That’s where your waiver will appear.
    • If your registration isn’t showing up, don’t worry—just check out the “What if my race registration does not appear on my account?” section for guidance.
After you sign, you’ll have the option to download or email a copy to yourself. If, for some reason, it doesn’t work ahead of time, no worries—you’ll also be able to fill out your waiver at the Health & Fitness Expo when you pick up your bib.

A quick runDisney pro tip: Fold up and pack a bag in your pocket or runner’s belt. At the finish line, you’ll be showered with goodies—water, Gatorade, snack box, banana, and of course your shiny medal!  Having a bag handy makes it so much easier to carry everything without juggling like you’re auditioning for the Festival of the Lion King.

Andrea, I hope this helps you feel ready to go. You’re going to have the most magical miles! If you think of any more questions as you prepare, please don’t hesitate to stop by again.

See you at the starting line,

    Christina
