Hello, we are sailing on the Treasure for the Very Merry Time cruise departing December 20, 2025. Do they move formal night to Christmas Day or still follow the usual schedule?

    Ahoy there, Stacy!

Welcome aboard, and thanks so much for sailing by planDisney! I'm absolutely thrilled to hear that you'll be cruising on the Disney Treasure...what an unforgettable adventure awaits! And how special that your voyage happens to be a Very Merrytime Cruise over Christmas itself. Talk about the perfect recipe for holiday magic at sea!

The Treasure is a true gem on its own, but during the holiday season, it shines even brighter. You'll find the ship decked out in decorations, twinkling lights, and touches of festive cheer around every corner. From the moment you step aboard, you'll be surrounded by that unmistakable Disney holiday warmth that makes every moment feel merry and bright.

I totally understand wanting to know your themed nights ahead of time. Keep in mind that these can sometimes shift, but here's the current lineup for your sailing:

    • Night One - Cruise Casual: A relaxed evening to settle in, explore the ship, and enjoy your first dinner at sea.
    • Night Two - Formal Night: Dress to impress! Gowns, suits, or sparkly attire make for amazing photos around the beautifully decorated ship.
    • Night Three - Cruise Casual: Another laid-back night. Keep it comfy and simple.
    • Night Four - Pirate Night: A Disney Cruise Line classic! Break out your pirate gear and don't miss the deck party and fireworks at sea!
    • Night Five - Cruise Casual with a Festive Twist (Christmas Eve): The ship will be brimming with holiday magic. Guests may wear festive outfits, Christmas sweaters, or even cozy pajamas. Be sure to enjoy Mickey and Minnie's Holiday Party and all the seasonal fun!
    • Night Six - Semi-Formal Night (Christmas Day): Dress a little elegant without going full formal. Cocktail dresses, dress shirts, or something elevated works perfectly.
    • Night Seven - Cruise Casual: End your cruise with a relaxed evening.
Stacy, one of the first things I'd suggest before you set sail is grabbing the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Think of it as your ultimate at-sea companion. It keeps you in the loop with daily activities, showtimes, dining options, deck maps, and even lets you message your sailing party while onboard.

As you keep planning your holiday cruise, remember that planDisney is always here! We love helping you add extra pixie dust to your voyage, create special memories, and make sure every moment of your festive adventure is as magical as can be.

    Snow Much Fun at Sea,
