We are staying at Art of Animation - Do I have to be at the resort to meet the person dropping off the stroller from a third party company? or will guest services hold the stroller for me until I can get down to the main desk? thanks.

Hey there, Stephanie! I'm happy to welcome you to the most magical panel on Earth – planDisney!

It sounds like you're planning to wrap up Olaf's favorite season in the most exciting way possible...a vacation to Walt Disney World! What a perfect way to soak up those rays of sunshine. From magical moments with beloved characters to unforgettable adventures in the parks, your end-of-summer getaway is sure to be filled with joy, wonder, and a little extra pixie dust!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is a fantastic choice for your upcoming stay...especially if you're traveling with little ones! The vibrant, larger-than-life theming brings your favorite Disney and Pixar films to life in a way that's sure to capture your kids' imaginations from the moment you arrive.

One of the highlights of this resort is the Big Blue Pool, inspired by Finding Nemo, which just so happens to be the largest pool on property! It's the perfect place for your family to cool off and splash around after a day in the parks.

Plus, you'll love the convenience of being on the Disney Skyliner route! This gondola transportation system makes traveling to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios a breeze. Not only is it convenient, but it's also an exciting ride that kids and adults alike will enjoy.

Now, let's talk about stroller rentals! At Walt Disney World, ScooterBug is the Disney Featured Provider for rentals. One of the biggest benefits of choosing ScooterBug is the convenience. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, like Art of Animation, you won't need to be present when your stroller is delivered or picked up. ScooterBug works directly with Disney Resort Cast Members to handle all deliveries and returns seamlessly. If you decide to rent from a different third-party provider, however, you will need to arrange to be there in person for both drop-off and pick-up.

Stephanie, it looks like you might be there for the kick-off of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which begins on August 28th! This fan-favorite event is a celebration of global flavors, featuring delicious bites and beverages from around the world, along with live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and exclusive merchandise. It's the perfect recipe for an extra-magical visit to EPCOT!

Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Stephanie! Should any other questions come up along the way, come back and see us real soon!

    Magic Awaits,

    Kami
