We are staying at Disney All Star- Movies next week and would like to use early entry from the International Gateway entrance at Epcot to ride Remy. What is the best way to get to this entrance from All Stars? Thank you!

Bonjour, Brittney, and welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in a few days, so I hope you're practicing your kon'nichiwas! EPCOT has become my favorite theme park, so let's take a look at your options for getting a jumpstart on the magic.

My recommendation for traveling from Disney's All-Star Movies Resort to the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT is to hop on a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The bus depot is next to the Disney Skyliner station, so you'll soar above the trees on the skyliner to EPCOT. The skyliner will drop you off right at the International Gateway!

Most resort transportation begins about 45 minutes before theme park opening, but I recommend getting in line a bit earlier to make sure you get on an early bus.

Just so you know, the Disney Skyliner is scheduled for routine refurbishment starting on January 26 this year. If your EPCOT day falls after that, I have an alternative. While rideshares can't drop you at the International Gateway, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is close by. From there, you can walk or take water transportation to the World Showcase entrance. You'll be nibbling giant cheese with Remy before you can say bon appétit!

Since you'll be at the World Showcase, check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. You can even meet many of the fabulous artists at their booths. I admire Joey Chou's work, so I'm hoping to pop down to meet him later this month.

Brittney, I hope your upcoming vacation is full of pixie dust and paintbrushes. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
