will our tickets be attached to the family members under my disney account or does each member have to have a disney account due to my child (3yrs old) cannot manage her own account..

    Hey there, Brehanna!

Welcome to planDisney! A trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is sure to be a dream come true for you and your Ohana. I'm sure everyone is getting excited for your upcoming adventure, so let's go over My Disney Experience profiles and tickets. We'll get everyone linked in no time, and you can get back to planning the best trip ever.

Having a My Disney Experience profile for everyone in your travel party (even the youngest members) makes selecting Lightning Lanes, sharing dining reservations, and planning on the go a breeze. Each adult in your party should create their own account (unless you prefer to manage all the plans), and then you can link everyone together in a few easy steps. And while most three-year-olds are proud and independent explorers, I agree that they can't quite manage their accounts just yet. But Hakuna Matata, Brehanna! I have traveled with little ones for years, and I am happy to report that creating a minor's account only takes a few moments. And your little one will love picking their character icon! To get started, log in to your My Disney Experience account and click on your Family & Friends list. Choose the Add a Guest option, and then click the Create a New Guest link. Follow the remaining prompts to get your child's account ready to go. Once set up, their account will automatically be linked to yours, and you will be able to manage their tickets and experiences throughout your stay. You can also choose to link your child to the other adults in your travel party.

Once everyone has a My Disney Experience account, and you have linked profiles, you can assign purchased tickets to each member of your crew. You can do this on the Walt Disney World website or through the My Disney Experience app. When using the app, tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen. Choose the My Tickets & Passes tile. You will find the option to Reassign Ticket below each purchased pass. You can assign tickets to your family and your daughter in moments. If you are purchasing tickets after all accounts are created, you can assign the tickets at checkout. I hope these tips help you get your whole bunch ready to rope drop!

    We'll see ya real soon!
