Hello! We have tickets and park reservations for Disneyland only, however, we also have a World of Color Dessert Party reservation for the same evening. Can we attend the Dessert Party without purchasing a separate California Adventure park ticket?

Hi there, Kelly. Thanks for stopping by planDisney. You're in for so much fun during your upcoming trip. I am SO excited that you'll be there to "Celebrate Happy" at Disneyland's 70th Anniversary.

I do see a bit of a snag in your plans, though. You will need to have a valid admission ticket and theme park reservation for Disney California Adventure in order to attend the World of Color Dessert Party. You could remedy this by adding the Park Hopper option to your current Disneyland ticket. Park hopping currently begins at 11:00 AM, so you could enjoy Disneyland Park during the day and then head to California Adventure in the evening. Some of my planDisney pals and I did just that recently, and it was a lovely way to end the day. I can also attest that the dessert party offerings were delectable!

Kelly, if you don't want to or aren't able to add a Park Hopper to your current ticket, you could opt for a Paint the Night dining package at the Plaza Inn. This nighttime parade spectacular illuminates Main Street and is such a joy to watch. I've seen it several times since its return, and it is always amazing!

If you need more help or want to see about adding the Park Hopper, please call the Tickets phone line. You can also visit the Disneyland Main Ticket Booths once you arrive.

I hope this helps, Kelly. Please visit us again - we'd love to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
