Hi there, Missy! Welcome to planDisney!
Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is practically an attraction in itself, isn’t it? From breakfast to dinner and everything in between, there’s an amazing array of cuisines to choose from. Let’s make sure you’re ready to dig into some of your favorites on your upcoming vacation!
I’m so sorry you’ve been having trouble making those magical reservations so far, Missy. But you definitely scored with
Be Our Guest Restaurant! That one can be as elusive as a peek into the West Wing! It looks like you’ll be traveling right around the Presidents Day holiday in February, which can be a busy time. You may need to be flexible with your schedule and try to dine at alternate hours, or choose a different restaurant to try this time. Maybe you’ll even find a new favorite!
After a quick search on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, I did find a couple of times for the particular restaurants you were hoping for. Using your arrival date as my starting point, I found
Liberty Tree Tavern on February 22 at 11:20, 2:25, and 3:05; and
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant at 12:05, 1:05, 1:40, 3:30, and 7:55.
The Plaza Restaurant had availability for an early dinner on February 24, but I’m not seeing anything for The Diamond Horseshoe for those few days, so it appears to be booked up.
It looks like you’re searching for spots in the
Magic Kingdom Park, so don’t forget to try outside the theme park, too! There are fabulous restaurants at the Resort hotels
along the monorail line, so you can always pop out for a bite and head back to the park afterward.
Missy, I know it can be frustrating when you can’t get the reservations you want, but don’t give up! I just know you’ll find a dining experience that your family will love. Thank you so much for stopping by with this question for me, and I hope you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
