Can you wear crocs at WDW? I heard something recently that they are banned on escalators. How would that work on the moving ramp of PeopleMover, or other omnimover attractions?

    Hey there, Christine!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am so glad you stopped by with this question. Crocs just happen to be my footwear of choice when visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth. Traditional Crocs, Croc sandals, and Croc slides are all on my packing list every trip.

A Croc ban would change up my entire park wardrobe, so I am happy to report that Crocs are absolutely allowed and continue to be the perfect footwear for a rope drop to park close kind of day. You can even buy special Disney Crocs in the theme parks and at Disney Springs! When in doubt, you can always find the full list of prohibited items and attire policies anytime on the Walt Disney World website. Pro tip: If you plan on wearing your Crocs on Soarin' Around the World, be sure to put them in sport mode!

Christine, you are arriving just in time for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This is one of the most beautiful times to visit EPCOT. There are unique gardens and topiaries throughout the park that are sure to add plenty of magic and whimsy to your day.

    Stay comfy, and Croc on!
