    When/where do we receive luggage tags?

    Welcome to planDisney, Barbara!

    Luggage tags usually get mailed to the household address on your reservation prior to your sailing unless you provided an alternative address. Shipping times vary. If by chance you do not receive the tags in the mail before you leave for your cruise, Hakuna Matata! No worries! The porters at the cruise terminal will have extra luggage tags for you. You will need to provide your stateroom number to add to the luggage tag. All checked luggage will need a luggage tag, but your carry-on bag does not.

    Keep your travel documents in your carry-on bag, as you will need to present them in person at the cruise terminal. I also suggest keeping medications and other essential items you may need for a few hours on embarkation day because your luggage will be delivered to your stateroom later in the day.
