Greetings, Lori, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you're interested in going to the Oogie Boogie Bash. This special event will get you in the Halloween spirit, with exclusive entertainment, immersive treat trails, and rare Character sightings.
General admission tickets for the
Oogie Boogie Bash will go on sale June 26, 2025. However, Magic Key holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets a little early! A select amount of pre-sale tickets will be available for Inspire Key holders starting June 24, 2025, and for all Magic Key holders starting June 25, 2025. It hasn't been announced yet whether or not there will be a pre-sale for D23 members, but you can follow the
D23 account on Instagram in case there are updates. Regardless, this is a popular event, and certain dates are likely to sell out quickly, so plan to purchase tickets as soon as you are able to.
Remember that there is a
limit of eight tickets per Guest, per event date, and tickets are not required for Guests ages two and younger. Another thing to note is that, while the event starts at 6 p.m., Guests with Oogie Boogie Bash tickets may enter California Adventure as early as 3 p.m.!
There is so much to enjoy at the Oogie Boogie Bash, but here are some of my favorites:
- There are treat trails throughout the park where you'll encounter music, decorations, and even villains on the way to collecting candy! In past years, allergy-friendly candy was available upon request.
- You'll have a chance to encounter popular Characters in their Halloween costumes, as well as certain villains, which may include Ernesto de la Cruz, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and others.
- Costumes are allowed at Oogie Boogie Bash, provided they follow the costume guidelines. It is a fun opportunity to dress up and be creative!
