With no wait times or FastPasses to think about, you may be wondering what you'll do with all of your free time on a Disney Vacation Club beach getaway. There is certainly plenty to do at these beautiful Disney Vacation Club Resorts though!
Although I could spend most of my time relaxing by the pool or strolling down the white, sandy beaches, the rest of my family needs a little more adventure out of our vacations. So we look for activities that everyone will enjoy and that we can do together as a family. My boys love all of the water activities offered. They could spend all day riding wave runners, kayaking and snorkeling. They also love riding bikes and exploring nature around the resort. Getting up close and personal with the sea turtles at Disney's Vero Beach Resort is definitely a family favorite of ours.
There are plenty of supervised children's activities at each resort that provide fun and entertainment for the little ones while I get some pampering at the resort's spa or spend a little time in the fitness center. And when we all need a break from the sun, we head to Community Hall for a board game, some arts and crafts or to find a good book or movie. These resorts also have plenty of choices for us to have a nice family dinner together and then head out to the campfire for some marshmallow roasting and a movie under the stars.
